Click on any listing to see:

• Landlord information
• Contact details
• Lease terms and conditions

• City/Area: Search by specific location
• Move-in Date: When you want to start renting
• Move-out Date: When you plan to leave
• Available From/Until: Property availability window

• Property Type: Shared room, private room, studio, apartment, house, flat share
• Number of Rooms: Total rooms in the property
• Bathrooms: Private, shared, or number of bathrooms
• Max Roommates: How many people you're comfortable living with

• Price Range: Maximum monthly rent you can afford
• Rental Duration: Short-term, medium-term, long-term, or temporary
• Minimum Stay: Shortest rental period accepted

• Single Bed: Perfect for one person
• Double Bed: Comfortable for couples
• Queen/King Bed: Spacious sleeping options
• Hochbett (Bunk Bed): Space-saving option
• Sofa Bed: Multi-purpose furniture
• No Bed Provided: Bring your own bed

Click the shopping cart icon in the top navigation or select "Marketplace" from the menu.
